The addition of the helmets was Cole's idea. We didn't quite get all our pumpkins done. Time was flying by, but we had a good time nonetheless.

Chad slept while Bella and Cole went to see the animals. Cole loved the hay maze. Bella, not so much. They both loved the kittens, though.

new hair

We all got new hair dos before school started. Bella wanted hers just like her friend, Mallorie. She asked me to use the flat iron on it and everything. And Cole wanted to be like Harry Potter. Yes, we are late comers to the H. P. craze, but we have arrived. Cole loves it. He's slowly making his way through the first book.

Speaking of school... I felt very impressed to home school Cole this
year. We are in our 3rd week. All I can say so far is that which does not kill me can only make me stronger! We had a field trip to the zoo that I will post pictures of later. That was one of our highlights. We have our ups and downs, but I see how this can be a great thing for him and our family.

Baby Chad Hudson

Chad was born July 7th at 9:03 pm. He was 8 lbs. and14 oz. and 20 inches long. He's a big beautiful healthy boy and is growing like a weed. We are so thankful to have him in our family!
