I'm retro-posting. Trying to catch up on what I have missed. So, don't mind the dates. Just trying to get my poop in a group.

Christmas 2009

This is our pitiful Christmas tree that I bought on Black Friday one year at Target for $30. It is tiny, but prelit and we load it up with ornaments. It works great for our space so we will probably continue to use it until we move out of our house.
If we had all our initials for our stockings they would go BCBCB. We are now out of matching stockings. I guess that means no more kids. :)

My little Cole. So serious.

The addition of the helmets was Cole's idea. We didn't quite get all our pumpkins done. Time was flying by, but we had a good time nonetheless.

The cat napper wakes up!
Bella and Cole can't pass up an opportunity to pose.
Chad slept while Bella and Cole went to see the animals. Cole loved the hay maze. Bella, not so much. They both loved the kittens, though.

Our trip to the pumpkin patch.

new hair

We all got new hair dos before school started. Bella wanted hers just like her friend, Mallorie. She asked me to use the flat iron on it and everything. And Cole wanted to be like Harry Potter. Yes, we are late comers to the H. P. craze, but we have arrived. Cole loves it. He's slowly making his way through the first book.

Speaking of school... I felt very impressed to home school Cole this
year. We are in our 3rd week. All I can say so far is that which does not kill me can only make me stronger! We had a field trip to the zoo that I will post pictures of later. That was one of our highlights. We have our ups and downs, but I see how this can be a great thing for him and our family.
