Barrett and I climbed Mt. Elinor this summer with a group from our ward. Jamee Mahoney was our fearless leader.

This is sunbathing in the Northwest!This is the Fourth of July weekend. We traditionally spend it at the lake house. This year the Mahoneys, Thompsons, and Hayes joined us. We had a great time despite the chill.

We got 4 baby chicks last spring. The kids LOVED to play with them. Bella especially. She loved them a little too much.

We lost one little chick when Bella attempted to give it a ride. I think the poor thing was trying to escape when Bella sat down. She didn't seem too upset by the whole thing. She was asking for a snack right after. But Cole was really devestated. He was crying and praying that the chick would live. Didn't quite work out. :(
